what did you eat for lunch?

Jello shots anyone...

I have three specialties I make for parties and Halloween (why should the kids get all the good stuff... pass them out to adults who trick or treat with their kids:))

Cherry Bombs
3 oz package of cherry jello
1 cup fruit punch
1 cup vodka
½ maraschino cherry in each shot

Mojito Shots
3 oz package lime jello
1 cup limeade
1 cup white rum
Chopped mint leaves - a few sprinkles in each shot

Orange Blossoms
3 oz package orange jello
1 cup orange flavored juice (like CapriSun or Tang)
1 cup vodka
½ mandarin orange in each shot

How to make:

Boil the fruit juice and add the jello. Once dissolved add the booze. Don't forget to add the garnish. I use the small bathroom Dixie cups and fill about 1/3.

What did you guys eat for dinner?

I am planning on having a lady for lunch with her daughter. Please give me some suggestions w/serv.

~~Chicken and Dressing Casserole~~

3lbs chicken,skinned and deboned

Spread the following over the chicken in a long casserole dish.
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small can Pet Milk

Mix and add:
1 tbsp. sage
1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Corn bread dressing..mix
1 cup chicken broth

Add corn bread dressing moistened with chicken broth last so it will be on top.
Cover and bake at 450* for 20 minutes..


Note* I use 3 or 4 chicken breasts rather than the whole chicken.

Betcha didn't know that if you ask the waitress at the Olive Garden for a bag of their special brew(roughly 11 0z) you can get it for only $5.00


Go home and put that in your automatic drip coffee maker..

Sunday dinner Monday through Friday?

Do you cook a full dinner every night (meat, sides, dessert, etc.), just on Friday's or do you wait for Sunday?


My mother cooked a complete dinner every night and was never fond of serving leftovers. Me? I cook a complete dinner every other night with leftovers or something light inbetween. Personally, I hate cooking especially in the summer time when it is 98 degress outside and 85 inside with the air running.

ok, wednesday seems to be recipe day. let's try this, how about a drink recipe day?
