weight troubles, need some serious (HELPFUL) suggestions

I've been suffering from fatigue for about 10 months. It's been getting in the way of going out and exercising. I get started and about 20 minutes later, I'm so tired that it takes about all the remaining energy I have to get back home. I normally go for walks or bike rides, as the local gyms are too expensive for me at this point in time.

I really need to lose weight because I'm at an unhealthy weight. I've changed my diet, granted it's not the greatest. I've stopped eating out and only allow myself a "junk food treat" once every 2 weeks. I'm so frustrated that I'm ready to cry!

What am I suppose to do now?

The only walk in clinic within hours of me is closing. No one even close is taking new patients, where will I go now for medical care?


Update: September 02, 2010.
I can afford it, I have private insurance but it's just that no one is taking new patients. I have been going to this private clinic the past year because when I moved here they wern't taking new patients anywhere either. :( There is a hospital here but I don't want to have to go the ER for my normal appointments you know?

People who smell awful...

There's this lady who works in my office and OMG does she stink. I don't mean a bit of bad breath or icky perfume... I mean SHE STINKS!!!! When she talks to you she has to get real close... I mean REAL close where her boobs practically rub on your back. When she came in my office today I was literally pushed up to my desk where my belly was smashed and I had my hand over my mouth and nose. It was so gross...

Don't they smell themselves?

She's coming back in a little while... any suggestions so I don't toss my lunch? It's really bad... HELP!!!!

I'm not sure if there are any fitness experts on here as in professionally trained.

But I have two questions.

I stretch and do various types of Yoga before bed and have been for sometime. However all week I have woken up with tight muscles, even though in theory I should I stretched them hr night before. Maybe I'm not doing as much or as intensely and that's the difference or vice versa. Any theories????

2. I am lifting 8lb dumbells (which are quite heavy for me) and I do 3 sets in this sequence 30 20 10. I definately notice a change in my arms they feel rock hard when I flex them. However I still have some body fat to lose so I can't really see the definition. I'm kind of worries that instead of getting Jessia Biel arms or Jennifer Aniston arms I'm going to end up with she-man arms. The muscle just seems very hard and big but it's hard to tell because of the extra body fat i
I still need to lose.

where can i get recipes for lowering bad cholesterol and raising good cholesterol.

My husband has been told he has high cholesterol. The total is 248, made up of 165 bad and 62 good. I need to be able to prepare 3 meals a day to right this.

Finding recipes seems to be a difficult thing to do.

I would appreciate whatever you can do. Possibly direct me to good webb sites.

Does anyone else here only eat one meal a day?

I just have been doing this for some time because I realized it works for me best. It keeps me energetic, happy, saves time, and keeps me at my ideal weight.

I wake up around 6 am, have a large home cooked meal, usually made up of things such as, rice, beans, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and either a natural energy drink or soy or rice milk.

I won't eat again until the next morning, unless of insane circumstances where I did a crazy amount of activity in which case I will have a peice of fruit or energy bar.

I am really sick of people telling me I am stupid and have an eating disorder because this is just what works for me. I have done the three meals a day, the six meals a day, the grazing, and so forth but they never felt as good, so does anyone else here do what I do?
