I have found that to be accurate. It seems that quite a few people are very good at seeing their own faults...in everyone else.

The old saying that don't point a finger at someone because you have 3 pointing back at you came to mind. I think it is accurate. It is a defense some people have like the concept that most bullies were bullied. Some I don't think can see the concept. Putting another down to make themselves feel better about their own misgivings
