Does anyone do hula hoops to focus on reducing tummy tum?

The only time I was able to do hula hoops, my tummy tum didn't need any reducing...

...do you think that's related?

I have never been able to do the hula hoop! I'm not that coordinated!

I think this is a great idea. I've tried, but, my 51 year old hips just don't swing like they did when I was 15! lol Seriously, I have a severe back injury that prevents me from doing it. I did try, and the searing pain in my back (along with my doctor emitting a loud "NOOOOO!" when I asked her about doing it.) prevented it.
This is an excellent exercise if you're able to do it! It's also a great cardiovascular exercise! Of course, anything that has you moving & raising your heart rate is good for you!
