Each is different but depends on how HOT the water is while showering and how soon do you step out on that cold ass floor.

Rinse off the skin cleanser, then turn the temperature to the coldest setting on your shower's dial. Whereas hot water dilates and opens your pores, cold water constricts the surface of your skin and tightens up your pores, according to Princeton University's health services. So you pores really don't close in less you use cold water they make them close right away

Actually, pores don't "close", When you are wet, hot or perspiring they dilate a little more to accomodate cooling, but they never actually close.

If you splash your face with cold water, after getting out of the shower, it should be immediately!
