Besides walking, which is a good exercise, use this exercise from Dr. Tim. It isolates the buttocks and makes those muscles more apt to burn fat on a regular basis.

Keep walking as much as you can. Park in the last parking spot anywhere. I would walk stairs too. If you butt is flab that should at least firm it up so it looks better. My friend walked one summer and lost 30 lbs in 3 months, without even dieting. And she lost a lot in her legs, and the shape looked better in her upper thighs. You can do it! The average woman weighs 163 I read so you are already below that.

From a science perspective try only changing one variable at a time. Your body seems to have hit that plateau you were talking about. So pick a healthy diet plan where you eat according to your recommended calories to lose weight and then a work out plan that you can stick with for a couple months solid. Your body is just trying to find its groove again so you need to make one for it again. Stick with it!

I lost 80 pounds myself and I am at a plateau too. I have been before and what helps to keep changing up your workout. It won't happen over night but it does work.

I suggest going vegetarian while still eating fish for maybe a month. I did that after plateauing and lost 15 extra pounds. You should also try other forms of exercise like dance or yoga to shake things up a bit.

Relax. Keep on doing what you did so you don't regain. Believe it or not, you must give your body time to readjust to the new mass. Everything from muscle mass, bone mass, nervous tissue, organs, sense of balance... everything needs to have time to readjust. Even the amounts of body fluids needs time to meet the NEW standards. Once that is completed, you will again start losing weight.
