It depends on the compliments and it's funny the ones that use to creep me out...might not NOW:-)! It's when you stop getting them like you use to, that you come to look at them differently!

to many compliments just are not right..lol

I try to listen these days to what people acknowledge , but I can get uncomfortable with anyone noticing me. Being noticed used to be dangerious.

I'll take what I can get. But if one person is laying several compliments on me, I get suspicious as to an alterior motive.

I'm usually thrilled, UNLESS I think there is some sort of ulterior motive behind it. Are they trying to sell me something? Borrow something? If not, then yes, I'm thrilled.
