I make sugar free jello with a can of sweet fruit like pineapples in water or natural juice. You can get peaches in light pear juice too. Then I mix it with fat free shebet in the bowl. As it melts it blends nicely with the jello and friut because it's fruit flavor too.

Get an already made Angel Food Cake and cut it in half horizontaly. Use a piece of dental floss cause the cake will get smushed when you cut it unless you go very slow with a bread knife. Scoop out some the the bottom part of the cake and fill with layers of sliced strawberries and low fat whipped cream. Put the top part of the cake back on and top with more whipped cream. If you haven't already eaten the cake you scooped out you can crumble it on top of the whipped cream. You can use blueberries too... any berry you like.

Angel food cakes are very healthy (for cake). Also consider a pie made with fresh fruit and artificial sweetener.
