does using coq10 really help you lose weight?
I am taking coq10 100 mg a day and say somewhere that it will help u lose weight but is there any sccientific proof? What do u think does it?

CoQ10 helps your heart and may lower high blood pressure. It's not a weight loss supplement and reports that it will boost your energy level are inconclusive.
No. It's a great supplement but won't replace diet and exercise. I take it daily but it's not a factor in weight loss. Sorry. No magic pills for that.
