Yeah, like the other guy said. They make you gain weight only if you wrap them in bacon and pop 'em in a deep fat fryer.

Some medications can contribute to weigh gain . But no not just a vitamin pill alone If taken with other meds yes could do but just alone cannot see how it could unless taken with just junk food yes.
Fatty foods and no exercise contributes to gaining weight.
Watch what u eat, size, type of foods and keep up your fluids is inportant to maintaining health and weight,.
I take a vitamin pill ONLY and have no problem with weight gain. Vitamin tabs are a suppplement to boost diffency in what your body lacks vitamins and mineral traces etc.
A well balance diet meats, greens, veggies ,fruits and fluids/water and exercise your on the right track.
I take every 2nd day or when feeling slightly run down.. Take vitamins wisely Dont rely on just vitamin tabs alone can have a toxic buid up and reaction.

No, they generally make you lose weight b/c your body isn't craving food for the nutrition it needs.

Some can increase your appetite because they're best absorbed with foods.

Having said that.. STOP taking Centrum or any other manufactured synthetic vitamin which Centrum is. It's nothing but CRAP and many of the ingredients are actually made from OIL. Same stuff that's refined into gas for your car.

They're useless!! Only a Whole Food multivitamin such as Alive- Whole Food Energizer, those by New Chapter or other brands will actually DO anything for your health. It's been around for over 15 years and only now is it even advertised a little on TV. Any of the other useless garbage you see like Centrum, One a Day, Theragran-M or other "one a day" type multi's are almost all garbage and useless, regardless of the fact that they are "doctor recommended".

Doctors used to recommend smoking cigarettes to cure lung problems too and they routinely prescribe all the crap drugs that kill over 100,000 people each YEAR in the US alone. That's more people than died during all the years of the Vietnam war (1965-1975), so that shows how much they really know. Doctors today are little more than drug salesman for the pharmaceutical industry today. Many of the "vitamin" companies are in fact owned by drug companies too.
