How many servings from a spiral sliced ham?
- Asked by Female, 66 or older
It depends on how many people you're having/how big the ham is. If you're trying to estimate how much ham you'll need, a good rule of thumb is to figure on 1/4-1/2 lb per person. Account for more if you want leftovers.
With a semi-boneless ham Plan on 25% loss for bone. If only one protein figure 6 oz. portions. If more than one protein figure 3 oz. portions. Sorry but you're going to have to weight the ham and do the math.
