My yeast rolls come out heavy any way to make them come out lighter?

You are overworking the dough and you need to proof them before baking them.

You are handling the bread dough too much. Knead it gently but only a few times to mix the flour. You don't knead it to ridiculous levels.

Also, make sure you sift the flour. I know flour says "PRESIFTED" these days, but that makes bread heavy.

Also, make sure you use BREAD flour, not regular flour.
