Paula Deen's Hot Crab Dip, Bacon Wrapped Dates; can they be reheated without losing taste or texture

We will be traveling, and there's only one oven, which will be in constant use for the bird. I'm not familar with nuking. Do I parishly cook them at home and finish the cook time by "zapping"?

There should be no problem with reheating them. If you nuke them, don't over do it.

It really depends on how far you are travelling. How long will the food be unrefrigeratored?

Personally if it were me, I would not want to risk any food born problems with any meats (bacon) or seafood (crab).

I would take a dish that did not require refrigeration or cooking.
