what should/can I do to ensure the safety of my 14 yr old?

I have two sons,19 and 14 year old. I love them both a whole lot. A few years ago by 19 year old was diagnosed with Schizophrenia.A month ago my son had a break, it was so bad he ended up in the hospital mental unit.He was discharged 5 days later,I took him home and he still was acting strange. two weeks after he began acting strange again and said that "He hopes God MURDER the satan out of me" He was gain put back in the Psych unit. My 15 year old is deathly afraid of him,but the hospital wants to release him to me again. I love him, but I am also scared for my 15 year old.

The hospital makes me feel like I am abandoning my son,but it is not so.I need some imput on this very serious matter.I am tired of crying!

Thank you all for the wonderful responses. You all are so compassionate,may god bless you all! I feel so sorry for my 19 year old. He was and still is a very brilliant young man. He helped most of his friends to graduate from high school. He is very kind and compassionate,but when this desease takes ahold of him he turns into a monster. I have been praying for him...I hurt so much to see him suffer. May God bless you all!
