I do, so long as they aren't either really badly wrinkled or have the stank of a thousand years on 'em!!!!

If it's dryclean only, for sure I do as long as I know I didn't spill anything on it. Dry cleaning gets expensive.

Jeans I do sometimes. I have a habit of changing clothes several times a day. And I'm a clean person I take baths about twice a day.

My jeans, sweaters, slacks can be worn multiple times before laundering unless I spill something on them

No I wash everything after wearing it once, most dry clean only items can be washed normally, but if it is really really dry clean only then I may use it a couple times.. so when we get in the house we take our clothes off and they go in for a wash

No, once I wear it, then it goes in the laundry. As for dry clean clothes, I check to see if they smell after I wear them and if they do, I dry clean them.
