My cakes stick in the baking pan. How do I get them out? How do I avoid this?

My cupcakes stuck on the pan, even my chocolate cake did.

Just spray them with PAM. Or, take a paper towel and rub the bottom of pan with any cooking oil.

Use a non-stick cooking spray such as Pam. I have the best luck using glass bakeware rather than metal. Still use the spray but cakes never seem to stick to the glass.

For chocolate cakes, dust the cake pan with cocoa after you grease it and for any other cake use flour.

For cakes, grease the pan with Crisco or oil and dust with flour or spray with a cooking spray like PAM. For cupcakes, do the same or buy little paper liners.
