If you can't get them clean with soap and hot water, buy new ones at a dollar store.

It is time to buy new ones. THAT IS THE RIGHT ANSWER.

However, if you want another solution... first of course, soak and wash them in hot sudsy water. They when dry, spray with PAM (spray vegetable oil) and fill them. PAM has been suggesting that as a use for its product since it was invented. So, it is tried and tested.

soak the trays short time in vinigar to remove lime deposits, wash thoroughly, lightly spray with non-stick food spray and wipe away any excess. Your new ice cubes should pop out nicely and no toxic products used to produce results.
