grace. an elegance of word, deed and motion.

lack of self-absorbtion. outward looking in every way.

ability to disarm. a casual gesture, a twinkle in the eye.

genuine kindness. your concerns concern me, and i wish to help.

I also agree with what all the other individual answered to as being to having class but want to add. Usually when I hear what a class act it refers to an individuals kindness, attitude, or respectfulness to others.

Class = Self Respect x Confidence / (1/self esteem)
aka as self respect and confidence go up class goes up, and as self esteem goes up class also goes up. If any one of those three factors drops your class will also drop.
