How do I compare dry ingredients with cooked?

All of you were so nice to respond; I really thank you! At age 57 I'm just now asking cooking questions; hence the name: toast is me!

Why don't you Google the measurement?, I done that before and it helped.

I will try to find it for you. If I found it I will send it to you.

Good luck

The bag should tell you what a cup of dry will yield once cooked. I would imagine that one cup of dry will yield 2 cups of cooked.

Just like with rice, one cup of dry yields 3 cups cooked.

Somewhere on the bag it tells you how many ounces of dry equals how many cups of cooked.
