effects of agent orange on offspring

What are the effects of Agent Orange on a man's offspring? It can cause genetic defects? what type. I know someone who suspects they got genetic flaw from their Father being exposed to Agent Orange in a war. He is a 25 yr old male, no birth defects... Has dry skin, can pee with an erection(urological prob.), an eye tic.... could those simple things be caused by that?
Please answer in detail!

..Very possible but you will not find a honest Doctor that will say it's possible..

..Our government is still trying to look the other way when it come's to Agent orange..let alone our Troop's that have served in the Middle East..and the problem's they having now..

..After all when American's vote for rich people and only rich people can run for office which make's up our total government why would they care about the working class kid's that make up our Troop's when there kid's are not in the service..

..Today are our Troop's remembered..? Have any of the clown's running have said anything about our Troop's ?

..No they to busy fighting with each other tasting the money that they going to steal from the tax payer if they get that office..

..Woman no one care's anymore in America..If they did then thing's would be different..

My brother was in Vietnam. He was an interrogator, and he parachuted behind enemy lines, so he was sprayed with agent orange several times. His firsy baby girl was born weighing a little over a pound. That was in 1973. Lauren wasn't supposed to live but after months in the hospital, she came home. The military did a study on Lauren for well, they may still be doing it. It's easy to tell she was premature, but it was decided agent orange was the cause.
