We can recommend either collection. Both will give excellent cooking results. The main difference is in the usability. Infinite Circulon, unlike Circulon Elite, can be cleaned in the dishwasher and is safe for use on induction cooktops. It can also be used in the oven up to 600 degrees while Circulon Elite can only withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees. Circulon Elite is distinguished by soft grip handles and glass lids.
